Our library has been selected as the recipient of this year's ACRL Excellence in Academic Libraries Award in the College Library category. We were selected in part because of our "nontraditional approach to instruction and positive student-driven environment." We're very excited and honored to receive this award and it's a testament to all the dedication, creativity, and fun that our team brings to the library.

Stop by the library to enjoy a sampling of COR 110 student self-portraits. The works on display represent the efforts of members of the class of 2014 to integrate their learning in art, psychology, neuroscience, and literature to produce their own self-portraits at semester’s end.

For the first time, we’re showcasing children’s books added to the Library’s collection during 2011, including the most recent Caldecott (A Sick Day for Amos McGee, Philip Stead) and Newbery (Moon over Manifest, Clare Vanderpool) winners. These books are front and center for only a short time, so come have a look at one of the Library's best-kept secrets!
